ABSTRACT
BRICS association principle basis stands – if any government does not want or cannot protect the population from crimes against, war, humanity, ethnicity, resolution of crisis, etc then the global community has to step forward to take the responsibility and ensure proper law, order and peace with collective interference .This article highlights roles played by BRICS parallel energizing India’s role in it . It also points out issues like poverty reduction , international inequalities , promoting pluralism, collective security , terrorism and balance of foreign affairs , reducing the economic dependence [ on developed countries ] of BRICS,etc . The surprising growth of digitalization and globalization focusing on a global framework network has helped BRICS to grab an encouraging stage in digital governance and sustainable development enthusiastically.

INTRODUCTION
BRIC – Brazil, Russia, India and China was created in 2006 as an association of the four fastest rising countries who favored multipolar alternative instead of following US-Europe hegemonic global governance and financial track. BRIC expanded their reach and alliance to the continent of Africa by adding South Africa to the association in 2010.The association- BRICS -finally created a U- linkage between northern and southern part of globe where addition of South Africa acted as a catalyst for the geo-politics of the association [ covering 27% of the world area- geographically ]. BRICS is the rising dynamo of global economic growth encouraged strong interest of other countries like Afghanistan, Nigeria, Sudan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mexico etc.
BRICS summit is convened once annually followed by few primary key objectives like –
1] Co-operate and distribute mutual economic benefits among the members.
2] No interference in internal policies of member nation.
3] Focus on dimensional development and mutual equality.
DISCUSSION – MAGNIFYING BRICS & INDIA
SWIRL OF GEOGRAPHY AND HUMAN RIGHTS
The U-Shape geographical existence of the BRICS nation has rusty threads to colonial/ semi-colonial history and as it is said ‘you’re always one decision away from a totally different life’ – BRICS has strongly uplifted the desire to put an end to violation of human rights.
They favor peaceful resolution of crises without the use of hard power, resolving conflicts between participants following R2P – Responsibility to Protect.
THREAD OF SECURITY MEASURES & TERRORISM
BRICS along with India has effectively been able to consult, build capacity, exchange views on crucial global issues, regional and national security arenas, strategic strength and promoting more effective systems attaining collective security and cooperate with other nations on global issues. India is actively engaging its alliance for United Nation Security Council (UNSC) and Nuclear Supplier Group (NSG).
India within BRICS strategically contributes to the United Nations and its peacekeeping activity by providing defense and devoted training to the personnel’s. India, ranking third largest provider contingents. From 2004 India has correspondly supplied more than 100,000 personnel’s to United Nation missions and integral peace keeping roles. They countered cybercrime, CTWG [Counter Terrorism Working Group], countered radicalization boosting the under-developed countries, helping under-developed and developing countries with basic needs, biological threats and organizing developmental policies.
CULTURAL & EDUCATIONAL BASIS
BRICS nations have participated in several culture influencing programs like cultural exchange programs, educational institutions and opportunities for the foreign students along with facility of e-visas, people to people program, exchanges of artistic works [literary traditional, cinema, etc.] , flavors of regional visits and tourism. Idea on tangible – intangible heritages in BRICS countries BRICS has successfully launched ministerial mechanism on cultural cooperation in the year 2015.
Education pertaining as SDG-4 which ensures the inclusive and quality education with equality. India underlined the significance of collaboration in the field of online knowledge exchange, emerging necessity of digital development .India also launched schemes like Incredible India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, and SWAYAM – MOOCs platform.
THE POLITICAL RADICLE
BRICS along with India forms a political-diplomatic entity with parsimonious theory and numeral objectives. Each BRICS nation enjoys limited power but the integrated growth of five countries has led to developmental growth of BRICS political presence. India follows tri-posing democratic-sovereign nature that supports the international community. BRICS Parliamentarian Forum (BRICS PF) supports consultation among member nations to present a mutual interest in the BRICS parliament meetings. The political cooperation of BRICS and India aims to achieve united and equitable development. On the flip side they are also competent to each other and to non-BRICS nations. BRICS welcome opportunities for sharing policy advices and decent exchange practice in terms of regional challenges and advancing with the restructuring of the global political architecture – ideology – to bring a balance. BRICS platform also provides an opportunity to India for multilateralism and smooth linkage with Russia-China.
ECONOMIC PATHWAY
One of the major conducts for the presence of BRICS is economic co-operation and expansion of developmental trade. BRICS is expected to comprise 50% of the global gdp by 2030. India contributes 14% in the BRICS -GDP.Globalization has flipped global economic aspects followed by digitalization, provoking a new rush- pressure of competition and faster economic growth of nations. The BRICS market has attained the liberal economy implementing global governance, reduction of trade barrier, proper capital mobilization agreements, etc. BRICS has carried a positive step in setting up the (CRA) Contingent Reserve Arrangement to member nations. Also, establishment of New Development Bank- NDB – further proved BRICS as a stakeholder instead of underlining the western domination.
Certain more agreements were contributed for deepening economic cooperation and infrastructure, -also digital currency, e-transactions, etc has been maintained Between BRICS countries.
WHERE THE AMENESIC SCREEN PREVAILS!
Significant economic instabilities, disagreements between the BRICS nation member over UN Security Council, institutions responsible for peace-keeping and strategic security threats, non-corresponding realities of the modern world , terrorism , lack of proper leadership ,competence at peak, tension between the relation of BRICS countries, and much more complexities.
SCOOP FOR INDIA –
Analyzation of how and where India & BRICS have been working efficiently, let’s see how India can improve its role in BRICS.
1] India can support other nations or encourage the BRICS to join and solve the growing needs of BRICS association.
2] India can bring up more reforms like effective strategy for Electric Vehicles or Green /Smart City improvements that will also make India a new path for attraction and economy.
3] India must keep on moving with amiable diplomacy and come up with various new schemes/ policies for rising as a globe-centre and achieving faster development. [Here the youth leaders and rising corporate generation can be a huge pillar of support.]
4] Digitalization can bring a fresh space for India’s – by instigating awareness and facilitating older population more about digital world.
TO CONCLUDE
India along with BRICS is simply accomplishing the running development behaviors like business-to-business (B2B) , people-to-people (P2P) and government-to-government (G2G) relations. Despite the best efforts BRICS has successfully pursued Millennium development Goals and striving Sustainable Development Goals -2030 with a significant progress and credible developments – promoting one for all and all for one. The youth population and accumulating Smart power development can boost India’s position in BRICS.

Japan earthquake and tsunami of 2011, also called Great Sendai Earthquake or Great Tōhoku Earthquake, was a 9.0 magnitude earthquake which struck below the floor of the Western Pacific at 2:49 PM. The powerful earthquake affected the northeastern coast of Honshu, Japan’s main island, and also initiated a series of large tsunami waves that devastated coastal areas of Japan, which also led to a major nuclear accident. The main discussion revolved around connectivity, sustainable development, counter-terrorism, maritime and cyber security, with the view to promote peace, stability and prosperity in the 
The 23rd edition of trilateral Malabar maritime exercise between India, US and Japan took place on 26 September- 04 October, 2019 off the coast of Japan. 
After the first ministerial level meeting of QUAD in September, 2019, the senior officials of US, Japan, India and Australia again met for consultations in Bangkok on the margins of the East Asia Summit. Statements were issued separately by the four countries. Indian Ministry of External Affairs said “In statements issued separately by the four countries, MEA said, “proceeding from the strategic guidance of their Ministers, who met in New York City on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly recently, the officials exchanged views on ongoing and additional practical cooperation in the areas of connectivity and infrastructure development, and security matters, including counterterrorism, cyber and maritime security, with a view to promoting peace, security, stability, prosperity in the Indo-Pacific region.”
US 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue was held on 18 December, 2019, in Washington DC. Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo and Secretary of Defense Mark T. Esper will host Indian Minister of External Affairs Dr. S. Jaishankar and Minister of Defense Shri Rajnath Singh. The discussion focussed on deepening bilateral strategic and defense cooperation, exchanging perspectives on global developments, and our shared leadership in the Indo-Pacific region.The two democracies signed the Industrial Security Annex before the 2+2 Dialogue. Assessments of the situation in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the Indian Ocean region in general were shared between both countries. (
The foreign ministers of QUAD continued their discussions from the last ministerial level meeting in 2019, on 6 October, 2020. While there was no joint statement released, all countries issued individual readouts. As per the issue readout by India, the discussion called for a coordinated response to the challenges including financial problems emanating from the pandemic, best practices to combat Covid-19, increasing the resilience of supply chains, and enhancing access to affordable vaccines, medicines and medical equipment. There was also a focus on maintaining stability in the Indo-Pacific region amidst growing tensions. Australian media release mentions “We emphasised that, especially during a pandemic, it was vital that states work to ease tensions and avoid exacerbating long-standing disputes, work to counter disinformation, and refrain from malicious cyberspace activity. Ministers reiterated that states cannot assert maritime claims that are inconsistent with international law, particularly the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).”
On September 24, President Biden hosted Prime Minister Scott Morrison of Australia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, and Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga of Japan at the White House for the first-ever in-person Leaders’ Summit of the QUAD. The leaders released a Joint Statement which summarised their dialogue and future course of action. The regional security of the Indo-Pacific and strong confidence in the ASEAN remained on the focus along with response to the Pandemic. 
The QUAD Vaccine Partnership was announced at the first QUAD Summit on 12 March 2021 where QUAD countries agreed to deliver 1.2 billion vaccine doses globally. The aim was to expand and finance vaccine manufacturing and equipping the Indo-Pacific to build resilience against Covid-19. The launch of a senior-level QUAD Vaccine Experts Group, comprised of top scientists and officials from all QUAD member governments was also spearheaded. 
Although the Tsunami Core group had to be disbanded on fulfilment of its purpose, however the quadrilateral template that formed remained intact as a successful scaffolding of four countries, as stated by authors Patrick Gerard Buchan and Benjamin Rimland in their diplomatic brief about QUAD ( you can access the brief at

At 7:59AM local time, an earthquake of 9.1 magnitude (undersea) hit the coast of Sumatra, an Indonesian island. As a result of the same, massive waves of Tsunami triggered by the earthquake wreaked havoc for 7 hours across the Indian Ocean and to the coastal areas as far away as East Africa. The infamous Tsunami killed around 225,000 people, with people reporting the height of waves to be as high as 9 metres, i.e., 30 feet. Indonesia, Srilanka, India, Maldives, Thailand sustained horrendously massive damage, with the death toll exceeding 200,000 in Northern Sumatra’s Ache province alone. A great many people, i.e., around tens of thousands were found dead or missing in Srilanka and India, mostly from Andaman and Nicobar Islands of Indian territory. Maldives, being a low-lying country, also reported casualties in hundreds and more, with several non-Asian tourists reported dead or missing who were vacationing. Lack of food, water, medicines burgeoned the numbers of casualties, with the relief workers finding it difficult to reach the remotest areas where roads were destroyed or civil war raged. Long-term environmental damage ensued too, as both natural and man-made resources got demolished and diminished.
